We process your name, company, email, phone and message to respond and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking requested precontractual steps or, if you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in responding to professional communication. FormSubmit delivers the message to hola@cadt.com.
Analytics
stats.chocala.net measures visits and interactions using browser and session identifiers from the first visit unless you have rejected measurement. You can change your choice in Privacy preferences. After an enquiry is delivered, it also receives the form fields to analyse the contact.
Retention and recipients
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and address possible liabilities. FormSubmit, hosting, email and stats.chocala.net receive data as needed for their roles. You can ask info@cadt.com for details about providers and international transfers.
Rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, where applicable, by writing to info@cadt.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
